N301 is a high-performance, low-power, multi-band NB-IoT+GNSS wireless communication module that can support B5/B8 frequency bands at the same time. Its size is only 19mm×22mm×2.3mm, which can meet the needs of terminal equipment to the greatest extent The demand for size module products, while effectively helping customers reduce product size and optimize product costs. N301 adopts LCC package, which is easier to solder, and can be produced quickly by standard SMT equipment. It is especially suitable for automated, large-scale, low-cost modern production methods. N301 supports FOTA remote upgrade, supports UART/ADC/SPI/I²C/PWM/GPIO and other interfaces, and supports Open CPU development. Low-voltage power supply can achieve a minimum of 2.1V, which can be connected to various low-power sensors. N301 supports GPS/Beidou positioning and can be applied to shared bicycles, car trackers, wearable devices (smart watches), pet tracking, property tracking and driving recorders, etc., to provide complete SMS, data transmission and location tracking services .
